Would you like to return your order?

1) Register your return: Create a return label by registering your return [here]. Please make sure to include your order number as your customer reference.

2) Return the package: Drop off the package, intact and in its original packaging, at any acceptance point (Post / DHL / Packstation) and send your product back to the following address within 14 days using the created return label:

3) Return processing: We will process your return as quickly as possible, within 14 business days, and ensure it is correctly assigned to you using the return label. Your purchase amount will then be refunded to you.
